Free Appointment

An introductory 1 hour session.



Standard Appointment Package

Includes an initial 2 hour appointment with a follow up 1 hour appointment. (This is applicable for life coaching, anxiety, stress management, performance coaching, overcoming depression and confidence sessions)


Specific Phobias

For clearly identifiable phobias such as spiders or flying or dogs. A 2 hour appointment.


Non - Specific Phobias

For phobias which are generalised fears such as agoraphobia, claustrophobia, fear of general heights, fear of animals etc. Book a standard appointment package follow up sessions may be required at either normal single appointment rates or booked as a discounted standard appointment package


Single (1 hour) Appointment.

This is a option only available to existing clients who have first attended any of our programmes or have completed the standard appointment package.
