You can now share your Talking Topics with other members of this forum.

You can create NEW TOPICS for discussion. Followup with a response (and Followup a response to a response - Wow!). And of course, you can read a topic and its responses. But you cannot delete entries directly (see below). This is a moderated Forum, so entries that are not worthy of new learning will be deleted swiftly.

Read

Reading a topic and responses is just like browsing existing web pages. From the Topic Index page, or on the Topic Message page just click on the item. On the Topic Index page, for each topic, the SUBJECT, AUTHOR, time of posting and the number of current responses indicated by a number in parenthesis, are dsplayed.

Create

To create a new entry: enter your SUBJECT, the TOPIC MESSAGE, and your NAME and EMAIL Address. For example:

You can also provide a number of optional parameters (indicated by square brackets). You can provide a pointer to a WEBPAGE that can provide further information: enter both the LINK address and TITLE For example:

Also you can provide a pointer to an Image File that can be displayed on your Topics Page. For example

When the New Entry parameters have been fully entered click on the SUBMIT button. The final entry is displayed using the following format

Followup

You can follow up a new topic and subsequent responses in a similar fashion to creating a new topic. From the New Topic entry or Followup entry, enter the follow up parameters and click SUBMIT.

Delete

Topics will be automatically archived after a fixed period of time (initially 3 months). Forum Members cannot delete their entries (or other entries) directly. If you want to delete an entry you authored, send email to forum moderator
