Managing Time & Pressure
Discover how to get time on your side

About the Programme

Time is the only commodity that cannot be banked, stored or saved. It can only be spent. Time management is the core skill of life.

Have you ever wished you had more time to do all the things you wanted or needed to do? Wouldn’t you like to be able to just wave a magic wand and create more hours in the day? Or are there times when you know you’re not as focused or effective as you could be?

Well it may be that, like many people, you are spending too much time thinking about the past or the future and putting too little attention to the present.

Everybody has the same twenty-four hours to work with, but some make good use of each second while others let time slip away. Time is a precious commodity, the basis of success. Without time you can’t do anything! When you learn how to manage time you learn how to manage your work, opportunities, money, energy...and your life.

Pressure is useful in a wide range of circumstances. Up to a point it helps us to achieve optimum performance, but if not managed pressure can impair performance and lead to stress.

This practical workshop has been developed with the modern employee in mind, and the challenges he or she faces in an ever-changing and demanding world.

Using the latest in applied psychology - Neuro Linguistic Programming together with Myers-Briggs MBTI and Stephen Covey’s 7 Habits of Effective People, we will explore what’s important to us, how we code time, and how we do things well… and implement efective strategies for releasing more time and being more productive, and improve efficiency and create more balance in your life...
