About the Programme
Perhaps you have been wondering what NLP is and how it can make a difference to teaching and learning. Well, here is your chance to see for yourself, to hear from fellow teachers the impact that NLP is making already in Education, and to get a feeling of how you too can help your pupils accelerate their learning and reach their potential.
NLP is a unique approach to understanding how we learn and communicate with others. NLP deals with how you relate to others, how you make decisions,
deal with conflict and how you influence others. It can help you create rapport with others and become more skilful in designing, planning and
delivering effective learning and teaching environments and activities.
We've now made it even easier for you to explore the wonderful tools and techniques that New Oceans NLP can offer anyone working in the Education sector.
You will learn how to
- build and maintain rapport with even the most difficult student
- set practical well-formed outcomes
- turn on students to subject and school
- adapt your teaching to individual learning styles
- encourage effective learning states for your students and yourself
- develop and maintain your states of personal excellence
- respond resourcefully and increase your behavioural choice under stress
