Paul Jacobs

Is a Certified NLP Trainer and Certified NLP Rainbow Coach and has been delivering NLP Introduction, Diploma, Practitioner, and Master Practitioner trainings to several hundreds of participants over the past ten years. Paul is an acknowledged expert in the specialised field of NLP in Education. He is the founder and Director of Education at New Oceans, which provides excellence in NLP to education (schools, further & higher education, lecturers, teachers, special educational needs specialists, learning support assistants, students and parents). Paul is also co-founder, with Dee Shipman, of The Rainbow Journey - a non-profit organisation helping students to transform their raindrops into sunbeams and shine in all walks of life. Paul was an IT architect at several well known international IT companies. He was a pioneer in developing email, group-working and collaborative communications systems. During this time he was a leading light in exploring how people communicate, change and learn, and building both computer and cultural frameworks to support the learning organisations. Dee Shipman

Dee is a Neuro Linguistic Programming Master Practitioner, Life Coach, and co-Trainer with Paul Jacobs for New Oceans and The Rainbow Journey, and has been training with Paul for all the Further Education Colleges and Universities listed above. Her specialised space is in working with parents of children with special educational needs, and with further education tutors to help them relate to their students. Dee is an established writer, and her latest book, ‘The Sunbeam Collection’, will be published in December 2004. Dee is currently working on ‘Write Up There With The Best’, which is about modelling excellence in top writers, and is the second in a series of NLP books which she is writing.
