How do you rate your sales performance?

Below is a simple exercise that can help you do this. The wheel of performance allows you to determine what job areas you are performing well and what areas you may need to further develop. The wheel is divided into sections. Rank your level of satisfaction from 0-10 with each area of your performance - where 10 is totally happy. Press submit to determine how well rounded you are.

 
Market research and market awareness/products knowledge
Prospecting / Generating new business Opportunities
Securing appointments With genuine prospects
Presenting skills
Qualifying and objection handling
Negotiating and sales closing
Service delivery/ after sales service
Follow up –generating repeat and referred business
