ORDER PROCESSING
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our on line shop, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept payment by PAYPAL (which also supports Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, Amex and Switch). Our website is secure: all payments are handled through Secure

Trading, giving you complete security and peace of mind. All downloadable orders will normally be available instantly via a weblink emailed to the email address you provide. All other orders will normally be despatched the same day although some orders can take a little longer. If an item is not in stock we email or phone you so that you know when to expect it. For orders made from the UK or the European Union 17.5% VAT is added where applicable. Orders from all other countries are VAT free. Please note VAT only applies to audiotapes, CDs and videos, and profilers. Books are exempt from VAT.

PRIVACY
All orders are processed by our distribution company, New Oceans. Although your name and address are never released to anyone outside New Oceans, we do occasionally carry out mailings when we believe a product or service we are offering could be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive such mailings please indicate in the tick box on the order screen and we will amend our records accordingly. (Is there a tick box available?)

Please note that cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

RETURNS POLICY
Ebooks & MP3 purchases : we operate a “no quibble” refund policy if we fail to supply you the items as described on our online shop.

For books, CD’s, DVD’s, software and videotape : we operate a “no quibble” returns policy: you may cancel your order at any time before your order is shipped and up to 7 working days after you receive your order. Any items to be returned should be sent, in mint condition, to New Oceans (address as below).

All you have to pay is the return postage. This policy does not apply to audio or videotapes or computer software from which the wrapping has been removed.
